The Buck Moon reminds us that, just as the stag grows a new set of antlers each year, we too are continually shedding, healing, and evolving into stronger, wiser versions of ourselves. Combined with the visionary energy of Aquarius, this Full Moon encourages us to release what limits us, awaken our authentic selves, and embrace the unique gifts we are here to share with the world.
Together, we will create sacred space by calling in the four directions before embarking on a guided Shamanic Journey into the spirit realm. Through meditation, breath, and intention, you'll be invited to connect with your spirit guides, ancestors, and power animals, receiving the wisdom, healing, and guidance that awaits you.
Throughout the evening, you'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, shamanic drumming, sacred chant, chimes, rattles, and other ceremonial sound instruments. As summer begins its transition toward harvest season, August invites us to honor our growth, celebrate our accomplishments, and reconnect with the courage that lives within our hearts. Inspired by the bold, creative, and heart centered energy of Leo season, this ritual is designed to help you awaken your inner strength, embrace your authentic self, and shine your light with confidence.
Our evening begins with a sacred Lion's Heart Tea Ritual, featuring a specially crafted herbal tea blend chosen to support courage, self-love, joy, and personal empowerment. Through mindful sipping, intention setting, and connection with the wisdom of the plants, we will reflect on the gifts we have cultivated and the dreams we are ready to bring forward.
We will then journey inward through a deeply guided Shamanic Meditation, where you will meet the spirit of the Golden Lion—a powerful ally representing courage, leadership, authenticity, and personal power. This sacred journey offers an opportunity to receive guidance, wisdom, and insight from your higher self and spirit allies.
The evening concludes with a restorative Sound Bath Healing, allowing the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, and other healing instruments to wash over you. The soothing frequencies help calm the nervous system, deepen meditation, release energetic blockages, and bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
