We’ll begin by settling into a peaceful space with warm cups of mushroom coffee, inviting your body to awaken naturally, without the jitters while you soften into the moment. As you sip, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation with sound bowl healing, helping you ground, release, and open to the day ahead.

From there, we’ll explore the magic within the cup…

You’ll learn about the beautiful mushroom allies we’ll be working with, like reishi for calm, lion’s mane for clarity, and cordyceps for energy, and how they support the body, mind, and spirit.

Then, it’s time to create 

You’ll craft your own Powdered Herbal Mushroom Blend, intuitively mixing ingredients that align with your energy and intentions. This personalized blend becomes your take-home ritual. Something you can return to each morning as a moment of grounding and nourishment.

"Entering The Secret Garden," a retreat held in a sacred sanctuary designed for women to exhale, reconnect, and heal within a supportive sisterhood.

This retreat offers a transformative pause to release daily stress, explore inner truths through guided rituals, and cultivate deep emotional, physical, and spiritual replenishment. We invite you to bloom in this safe and restorative space.

The Sisterhood: Join a circle of conscious women for a profound experience of shared resilience and collective healing.

- Release & Renewal: Fire ceremonies and guided meditations to let go of old patterns.

Schedule of Events:

- Opening: Cacao Ceremony, Gentle Somatic Movement, and Guided Journey.

- Mid-Day: Forest Bathing, Reflective Nature Walk, Creative Art Workshop, and Sharing in our Essence.

- Afternoon: Floating Sound Healing – A restorative experience using singing bowls and water immersion to encourage deep mental quietude and nervous system relief. (if uncomfortable floating in water we will create a cozy nest for you in the shade grounded to the earth)

- Closing: Fire Circle and Closing Sharing Circle.
