Natural corn husk doll with white & sage chiffon smock & hood with Brigid’s cross belt charm. Each doll includes a small bag of bay leaves & floras for decorating & an information / ritual card.
The Bridie Doll is an Irish craft traditionally made of straw to represent the goddess Brigid during the Imbolc season. Usually a bed of white fabrics & floras would be crafted for the doll & placed by the hearth of the home to invite in the light & the blessings of Brigid. Our version of the Bridie Doll is made with corn husks to represent the fertility of the land & spirit during Imbolc & includes a bag of bay leaves & floras to represent the burgeoning of the land.
